You have to treat your penis just like any other muscle in your body, if you want it to be strong and function properly you have to exercise it regularly. The goal here is to achieve being able to orgasm without ejaculating, this is something that takes much practice but with the right exercises it can be learned fairly easily.

Many men do not pay enough attention to they’re penis when it comes to exercising it and that is part of the reason why so many men suffer from premature ejaculation. The following exercises are exercises that I have personally seen the best results with and to get you even more excited about them, you can expect to see an increase in your penis size and hardness if you do these exercises enough times.

First off is a technique that I call ballooning which basically means you masturbate until you feel an orgasm coming on and than you stop stroking your penis so you don’t ejaculate. What this exercise truly accomplishes is it trains your brain to resist releasing your load while experiencing a sexual sensation.

Don’t be mad or disappointed if you can not get it the first couple of times because trust me, it does take quite a few attempts before you can start to make it happen. You should strive to do this as many times as possible each time you masturbate and improve your time each and every session. Doing this will eventually teach you the self control you need to stop premature ejaculation permanently.

The next exercise is probably one of the best in my opinion for treating premature ejaculation, this exercise is called the kegel. Many of you might or might not have heard about this exercise but it is very simple to do and provides very good results. This exercise works your “PC” muscle which is the muscle that stops you from urinating when you contract it.

A lot of men have a hard time keeping that muscle contracted for even a couple of seconds but with practice you should last up to a few minutes. Strengthening this muscle is essential for stopping premature ejaculation, give it a shot every other day and watch the progress start to flow in. To test yourself, masturbate and as you feel you are about to ejaculate you should contract the “PC” muscle as tight as possible until you feel the desire to ejaculate is completely gone.

There are many exercises that promote penis size and hardness that I would like to share with you. Make sure that you give your penis at least 1-2 days to rest after each exercise session because the penis is like any other muscle in your body, it does it’s growing during the rest period. It is very important to heat your penis before these exercises to prevent injury. You can do so by getting a washcloth and soak it in hot water and than squeeze out the excess water and wrap your penis with it.

The first exercise is going to help you gain length and girth to your penis, this exercise is called squeeze ups. You start off by holding the bottom of your shaft with your thumb and index finger in a tight “O” shape. Than you move it upwards and push all of the blood into the head and hold it at the top for five seconds and than release. Rinse and repeat the process at least ten times each time you do your exercises.

This next exercise promotes increasing your penis size and I like to call it the 360 stretch and you will understand why in just a minute. The way you start this exercise is you grab the top of your penis with a full grip and pull upwards until you feel some slight tension. Next you slowly start pulling from the upward position to either the left or right side, than you keep pulling until you have made a full 360 rotation.

The next exercise I am going to talk about is one of my favorites, it is called the wrist stretcher because you actually use your wrist for this one. The way you start off is you place your wrist underneath your penis and than grab your penis with your available hand. Next, you pull your penis over your arm as if you were trying to wrap it around and than pull downwards as soon as you can your penis on the other side of your arm.

I have been using these exercises for almost a year now and I can say that I have easily gained over a few inches just by doing this a couple of times a week. Don’t fool yourself into thinking that you need some kind of invention or pills to grow your penis. All you ever needed was your own two hands and some warm washcloths and you are good to go. I would recommend using a high grade lubricant while performing these exercises.
